Support and Capacity Building comprises the mind-set and interventions that support the other five pillars of Infrastructural Development, Nurturing, Unity, Revival & Transformation, and Evangelism & Outreach and other necessary administrative activities. This typically includes skills development, enabling information systems (databases, management information systems, social media), ICT, good governance & leadership, financial resources, culture management and monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL).
The NZC will continuously invest in careful thought to ensure operational activities under each pillar are ably supported to enable them to perform optimally. Neglecting to give this due attention is like building a skyscraper without a solid foundation; the whole mass or rock will crumble like a deck of cards.
